• The inevitable consequence of HSE faking reports to cover up a building lacking legally required fresh air ventilation is the inability to effectively enforce the most vital regulation affecting human health. The resulting health risks from multiple causes included Covid 19 which brought to the fore the need for that safe ventilation

• ·         The Building is City Approach , Eccles formerly known as Emerson House one of many in the major Emerson Group portfolio. Dire legal threats from them to me and the provider of this website have been futile as in reality they know any action would just expose the obvious truth.

• ·         HSE’s  false accounts amounting to Perversion of Justice would be contradicted and exposed if HSE now or previously campaigned for even the Legal Minimum amounts of fresh air to be mechanically / artificially introduced into typical sealed or Air Conditioned Offices and other buildings.  If you think HSE Reports are not fraudulent, try answering the 3 simple questions for a £5,000 Reward!

• ·       Displaying the ultimate contempt for Public Health it appears likely HSE’s outrageous 2008 cover up was motivated by protecting their award of Safety Critical UK Gas Safe to Capita. As an employer in the building Capita would have been subject to “fatally embarrassing” Prosecution or Enforcement action. By email [8. Capita] from the highest level Capita do not deny the allegations and claim to have acted “appropriately”.

• ·         City Approach remains illegally hazardous and with tragic irony the biggest current occupants are various NHS Trust Organisations. Despite claiming to take the issue “seriously” the Salford Royal Trust have chosen to attempt to obscure the truth with acts of deliberate deceit aimed at obtaining a falsely satisfactory report from a Testing Company. Not only was their report far from satisfactory, but an email by the Testing Engineer lists critical flaws related to the concealment of “key” facts by Salford Royal Trust. The same email confirms the conclusions on this website are “correct”. Major Health and Safety Professional Bodies BOHS and IOSH found “prima facie evidence” of a “case to answer” by their members who refused adequately amend their admitted incorrect report. The U Turn and subsequent outrageously faked outcome from BOHS and refusal to complete on going proceedings by IOSH in effect add the UK H and S Establishment to those complicit in this surreal national scandal.
